Our keynote speaker this year is Cliff Maloney, CEO of Citizens Alliance and the founder of PA Chase, which played a major role in getting out the vote for Donald Trump and aligned candidates in Pennsylvania in 2024 . Mr Maloney has done great work organizing “ballot chasing” drives, pushing low-propensity voters to actually vote for pro-liberty, America First candidates. He worked closely with Charlie Kirk on the 2024 get-out-the-vote effort..
Mr. Maloney was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated with bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he also served as student body president. He has been at the forefront of door-to-door voter outreach efforts. He became the national youth director for the Rand Paul 2016 presidential campaign, and launched “Operation Win at the Door” in 2018 to elect pro-liberty state legislators while serving as the executive director of Young Americans for Liberty. He has done countless media interviews and his writings have appeared over 150 times in major media publications. Along with Joshua Lisec, he is the co-author of the Regnery-published book Run Right: A Complete Election Playbook to Win, available for pre-order and scheduled for an April 2026 release.
